What membership level is right for my family?
How many times do we need to visit for membership to pay for itself?
If I purchase a general admission ticket, can I apply its value toward the cost of a Membership?
Yes! If you purchased general admission tickets, you may apply tickets toward a membership within 30 days of your visit. Please see a Visitor Services Representative or call 860-572-5339 for additional details.
Can we use our membership year-round?

Yes! If you would like to upgrade to enjoy more benefits, please contact the Membership Department at 860-572-5339.
I just joined or renewed my membership. When will my membership card arrive?
Digital card users will receive an email with instructions to install a digital membership card within 3 to 4 business days. If you already have your digital membership card installed at the time of renewal, it will automatically update within 3 to 4 business days. Until you receive your digital cards, please bring a form of ID to present at the admission desk.
Physical card users will receive cards by mail within 3 to 4 weeks. Please allow more time for international addresses. All benefits are accessible from the date of purchase. Until you receive your cards, whether new or replacement, please bring a form of ID to present at the admission desk.
